I was kind of hoping to see some XC riding in the XC video... I don't think Rocky intended the video to come off this way, but it jsut makes it seem like they think the best part of XC is the DH, which to me says they don't know XC... but its Rocky and they obviously do know XC biking it just really isn't portrayed in the video. and what was with the disclaimer? if a $6000 fully can't handle what they did in this video then it must be a really bad bike. I mean maybe it can't handle crashing off those drops, or that kind of air, and not landing smooth, but you shouldn't need a disclaimer for that. also learn to focus a camera, I'm sorry that's blunt and rude but, seriously it isn't artistic its just sloppy and that bothered me more then anything else in this video. There were entire shots that were never in focus, or where the depth was so shallow if I blinke dI'd miss it and the blur added nothing artist whatsoever.

As a bike builder I can say there is little worse then setting up a low quality disc brake.I really hope they make these calipers and lever compatible unlike some companies who shall remain un-named.By the look of it they seem like reasonable quality brakes so I'm hoping all the issues really cheap disc brakes run into won't apply... but i won't hold my breath

he might be an extremely talented rider, but the way he's ben depicted by most of the coverage I've seen makes him look like such a douche. I feel bad for the kid, its hard to get good PR at that age when everyone who represents you also feel threatened by you... or he could just be a douche, but I like to try and think positively about people.

I can't say he has become that popular in the west. With the shift online I sincerely hope world cinema becomes more readily available. If you liked his films and are open to stories which questions traditional sexuality you may also enjoy films by Pedro Almodovar. Though he is notably more popular then Wong Kar-wai

Whoa I feel like there was some misinterpretation going on here. Obama has nothing to do with the closure of these trails... and I never said he did. I had just finished writing a political science paper about Foucault and how ironic Obama passing the new years eve sneak bill was (I believe it was originally a republican bill, but if you are interested in the actual politics of it this is not the forum to debate it on, though please PM me and correct me if I am wrong, democracy now has a ton of information on it if you don't know what I'm talking about) basically, I replied to the initial comment which was encouraging people to break the law in a country that arguably just endorsed direct sovereignty on a national scale, but I assume not everyone online has taken political science and may not be familiar with Foucault so I figured it'd be a good idea to include a bit of a description.

yeah in the states they can legal kill you now for breaking the law and having the capacity for violence. Thank you Obama for signing liberty's death warrant, and Foucault for explaining what a direct sovereignty was before I had to experience it in my life time. But on a more serious note, you can't publicly advocate people break the law though it is a contentious issue, especially in this region.

I'm just gonna throw it out there. I thought the first one was extremely bland, lacking, and overall showcased riders in a poor light. Based on that they've set the bar really low and I sincerely hope Dartmoor can manage to represent their extremely high quality of riding skill with a better video production.

I wanted to let you know that I truly loved your video entry in the VoY contest. Its a tough break going up against a big name in the first round, though I think in terms of the quality of video yours was better. please keep it up. thanks
